I ordered a Soloshot2 on preorder back in April 2014. The ship date at the time was April 31st 2014. A couple weeks after April 31st I email Soloshot2 to check on my order. The customer service rep. seems very nice. She imformed me that it would be a few more weeks because they were running into problems.
I completely understand a new product taking a little longer to get out the door. However, a few weeks go by and still nothing. I email again and again I get the same story. Production is behind, it's going to be a few more weeks. Fine. I wait a few more weeks and then email again, yet again I am told that it is going to be longer.
At this point I have still not received my order that is months past it's orginal ship date. I worry that this company may never ship my order. Also, even if they do ship my order at this point I feel cheated. The reason is because I would not have purchased this back in April if I had known they weren't going to ship it out until 6 months later. I could have taken that money and invested it. Therefore, I am losing potentilal returns on investment and still not getting to use/enjoy the camera that I have purchased.
