This guy claims to make 7 figures per month selling software and SEO services. I was on a webinar where he was selling a software tool to aid in buying expired domains.
As part of his con, he invites you to try the product and if its not for you, simply request a refund and easy as that, you'll get a refund.
I purchased access to the software, looked around the members area and immediately saw that much of what he claimed on the webinar was non-functioning. So I decided its not for me.
I followed the site instructions to a tee to request a refund. Got a response from his support person on the Facebook group, which is said to handle all of the refunds for this product, but have not heard from them since April 6th approximately. At that time the Facebook support person said, "no problem, I'll take care of it for you". As I said no word from any one since then.
If you are making 7 figures per month, surely a measely $199 refund should be absolutely no problem.
After watching one of Alex beckers videos , and seeing him appear , with reputable people in franklin in 2013 i purchased a seo service , from his company for $497 per month
after some months we became conncered about the lack of results for or websites which we contracted mr becker to perform seo on , we spoke to customer services we told them that we were not seeing any results infact after contacting them our sites were going backwards , we wanted to cancel , we were talked into allowing them 1 more month free of charge however , we never recieved any link reports or contact , there was no improvement during the free month no link report , no contact , ( we were promised all ) therefore we were left with the imperssion that hey , they made no improvements , therefore the cancellation request would be invoked , during this time i was off work with depression , as we truned to Alex becker to help solve our business problems , but in honesty he made them worse , so i was not checking my pay pal
approx 3 /4 weeks ago i checked my pay pal to find more payments were taken , i checked we recieved no link reports or corrispondence from source-wave.com i contacted pay pal to get the payments stopped as i could see they had taken money without providing any service , link reports or anything , pay pal said they would do this ( i am not so hot with pay pal etc ) i found out they did not , i did not get any contact from source-wave until i spoke to pay pal again and they said it was bad what source wave did and they will ask for repayment to me back to any payments dated june 17th , this is the date finally pay pal underwrote digitalgoods ( june 17th )
wow within 30 mins of me getting aknowledgement from pay pal , becker writes a mail to me stating that according to his terms and conditions , he does not gaurentee anytihng ( so everything he says has no meaning and is bullshit ) , my sites went backwards , there customer service is very very poor , i would advice anyone not to fall for beckers sweet talk and looks , the guy is a real rip off with no interest in providing a service that works but by christ he like to tell you all about his masreatti sports car , her even sent me a screen shot a defence but all that did was show how he provided no link reports etc or correspondence after the free month i gave them to improve ranking or go away , the cheeky Bas*ard even took 2x more payments from my pay pal , and now sends me a email telling me its all my fault for trusting him , my business has gonbe backwards since my becker experiance and left me with sweet f a , Becker you are a CON you have made no attempt to even work on the sites and create success like you promissed please dont sign up with this guy he is a true money grabbing a*******
