Unfortunately Marcia Ellen Skiff of Southern States Australian Labradoodles aka Anticipation Labradoodles under other names she has such as ; Marcia Ellen Skiff, Marcia Buttleworth and Mary Buttleworth has become a serious problem for Marcia Mobley of Bay Lake Doodles, I encourage you to read the Rip Off Report she filed against me under my personal name At the time of meeting Marcia Skiff thru the internet and searching for a Labradoodle male to purchase she contacted me to tell me she had such a doodle for Sale, it began in that fashion, from then on I have learned that Ms Skiff has played hard ball with many breeders, never paid for Doodles she got from other breeders, and like to make demands on other breeders and threaten legal suits against them. She also like to change the arrangements you make with her to suit her fancy and it has become obvious by the Postings on my report that she wrote up against me My Attorney tried to reason with her and send her a Contract that would benefit both of us for a PUPPY Trade that was started out that way, then Marcia Skiff decided she wanted a Payment for a Puppy she sent me, and I WILL NOT PAY HER FOR A DOG THAT SHE AGREED TO TAKE A PUPPY TRADE ON, THAT WAS NOT OUR ARRANGEMENT, there was never a contract drawn up on the trade, she forgot to do one, and now she is asking for the dog back after several months and wants money for her, SHE CAN PICK A PUPPY FROM MY LITTERS LIKED AGREED AND LIKE MY ATTORNEY SPELLED OUT IN THE CONTRACT, but she refuses !!!!!!!! I knew no history on her or her reputation and I did not know that at the time of conducting business with her she moved from Fla to Tenn and changed her Kennel name and dogs names to protect herself, I also did not know until some other breeders told me they where sorry I got involved with her, because I would never be able to escape her threats, I also was not aware that she would try to threaten a personal friend of mine that got a puppy from her at the same time I got older breeding male, she would sue her if she did not comply with having some test done and the Test had been done as I saw the results on the pup Not until we decided to go public and investigate her personality, did we know these things to be true about Marcia Skiff, Buttleworth etc Not until we bagan these problems and there more than 2 of us, did we know that this would be Become a NIGHTMARE for us, and we have been threatened by her legal suit threats from then on. Now that I have exposed her she if fighting mad, so be it, SHE CLAIMS I AM RUINING HER REPUTATION AND I DIID NOT RUIN IT, SHE DID IT TO HER SELF she created her own mess by messing over other breeders, and now trying to do it to me, it prompted her to file a Rip Off Report against me and there is no truth that I owe her any money HOW COULD I WHEN I SIMPLY AGREED TO TRADING A PUPPY WITH HER.
