I'm so thankful for this wesite and all of the reports that have been filed about this company! i was researching charges on my credit card bill - didn't recognize a charge and the only info on the transaction register was the company's 800-492-8377 phone number. I googled the number and up came several reports of billing ripoffs and other alleged unethical business practices. Bsaed on what i read, i decided to look back on all of the charges for the past several months and then called the company and asked them to walk me through the details of the charges i get each month for water. Sure enough, i've been intentially overcharged a total of over $100 just in the past few months! the gal i talked with did make an adjustment to my account but clearly these guys know what they're doing!! look at your monthy bill and ask questions if it doesn't make sense. As soon as my yearly contract is up.
