I am unsatisfied with my purchase to the company Speed to Contact and have tried in good faith to correct the problem back to satisfaction with them. The product was specifically purchased for my company business and not only did they charge me $1,600, but my business also suffered undue costs due to the incorrect performance of the faulty product. I have made the company aware from the beginning since they delivered my product weeks behind the promised schedule of the faults and errors and have asked multiple times for a full refund with no success.

On 12/13/13 a contract was written up between myself and the company Speed to Contact (STC) to integrate a product that would guarantee my business to get in contact with my clients before any competition in addition to features listed on their website as "ready to use right out of the box." My product was to be "launched"/delivered per the contract on 12/23/13 which would the start the billing cycle.

I paid the $1,200 upfront on 12/18/13 for the set up of the integration and $200 a month was to be the charge to maintain the system after delivery for a total of 6 months.

On 12/23/13 when I sent an email in the morning asking to make sure my product was ready per contract I received an automated email informing me STC was on vacation until 1/7/14. When the evening came I finally for an email asking me if I'd be available the next day because a training must take place first. It was never said at this point they were running behind schedule or that they were having issues setting things up. The next day came with another email asking to postpone again until 12/30/13 to do the training. On the 30th the I received an email from STC with the promise of the launch to start and a reassurance that integration "should be easy from here." However, with the unsuccessful attempts on 1/1/14, I sent an email notifying STC their unfinished product was working incorrectly. Like clockwork another automatic email was sent back to me notifying me STC would be out of the office until 1/7/14. Time is of the essence in a profession like mine and the first week of January I got more promises the product would "be ready any day now" and on 1/8/14 another "launch"/delivery was attempted. I informed STC again on 1/8/14 and 1/9/14 the product was not working correctly or as promised. More promises made to me by STC that my product would be working soon and I hung on to the hope that it would. But after another week of serious performance problems I emailed STC on 1/16/14 that I wanted to cancel my contract because of their failure to deliver my purchased product.

I had such high hopes and was beyond anxious for the product to start working correctly that when STC begged me to give them more time to work on the product I agreed since I had already spent $1200 and at this point I had no other choice but knew something was better than nothing. On 2/1/14 STC charged my first $200 which acknowledged the product was ready because now I was being billed for the upkeep. I emailed STC this day asking if my product was working but ended up playing another game of back and forth emails of more broken promise. On 3/1/14 another charge was billed and on 3/11/14 STC said they would notify me when everything would be repaired. On 3/12/14 and 3/13/14 I sent multiple messages and on 3/21/14 STC emailed me that "it should work by Monday." On 3/31/14 I ask when my product will work correctly because i really need it to.

The first week of April was filled with more excuses that things were not working including an email that "they are too swamped to get anything done quickly." On the 8th of April I asked again for a refund and was only offered a month credit and nothing more. On 4/21/14 I emailed STC again asking for a full refund of $1600 and not extra monies lost due to the purchase of their product. On 4/22/14 STC emailed that they would get a decision back to me by the end of April and to this day I have not heard anything or have been given any refund.

IN SHORT: This company did not deliver a single thing it said it would and dragged me on for 6 months. The product never worked right a single time still to this day does not, the few times it did connect me the connection quality was so poor people were hanging up on me stating they could not hear me. This company cost me quite a bit of money and it would not surprise me if they are funded by larger mortgage companies just to destroy smaller companies by wasting so much of their time and money they jump ship. I estimate the damages to be about $12,000 out of pocket and $40,000 in lost time and wasted training for a product that does not work. Stay clear they are profesional cons.

LONG FORM: I am a business owner and love providing excellent quality custoner service at the best price possible. When I deliver my product and my clients recommend family and friends it makes me feel like I did my job right.

Dealing with Speed To Contact has been the absolute worst business deal I have ever been involved in.

I found Speed To Contact by searching google for something that would help me improve my business. It says right on their web site that this is what they offer: Speed-to-Contact is a boutique development shop focused on creating new telephony and SMS solutions for the purpose of contacting Internet leads instantaneously. In addition to our suite of ready-made products we specialize in developing custom solutions for enterprise clients.

I filled out their short form and was contacted pretty quickly by a man named Beau Bratton. This guy sounded real polished like a true pro and its completely belivable that this young sharp guy started a company offering an incredible service at a reasonable price. After all that is exactly what I do, I am a young sharp guy who started a company offering an incredible service at a completely reasonable price. I looked up complaints about his company and found none. That seems really promising. I am sure they have probably been able to keep the complaints down because they make you sign an non disclosure agreement and if they can prove you violated that agreement with your complaint the company will remove it. Well I will be sure not to violate the agreement. I will not disclose anything about their company that is not already public info posted online.

You can see they offer A, B, and C services. They custom cater to you. Beau not only promised ABC he promissed an amazing D and E service all for the price of one up front fee and a monthly fee. The fees are astronomical compared to my other business utilities that do simular work. But I figured cheap aint good and good aint cheap, you have to spend the big bucks to get good service. What they did was set up a time to train and connect, when that did not go right, they said in two weeks it will. When that did not happen they said well we got part of it working, and it worked very poorly but I thought when the other part works maybe this part will work correctly and it will be worth it. A month in, nothing is working properly and many parts do not work at all. They promise me week after week, they have reason after reason. I knew they were most likely lying from the first month of failed attempts but I realized the scam is probably to refund part of your money if you dont complain and they will claim you did not give them enough time. So I gave them all the time they said they needed. I knew I would not have a case if I did not allow them to come threw on their promise. They claimed this entire time that it would for sure work and that I had to pay for the service while they worked on it, I could not wait till they got it working. I am thinking at this point, maybe they are broke and have no money, so they need the money to stay in business. And since I really want this product, I will give them the meney they say they need and the time they say they need to get this done. Well six months in and they still cannot deliver, finally about a month ago they got a couple parts of the machine working partially, but nothing worked as it should or even in a manner that would bennifit anyone. There is no way anyone could use what they are offering and possibly expect to achive any good results. So I offered them the chance to save face and refund my money to keep me from letting the rest of the world know that they are a complete scam. But they instead acted inmature and replied:

" I just wanted to let you know I have received this email and will be reviewing it with my legal counsel. I will get back to you asto our decision before months end. Who is the lady that called me the other day is she the owner? Thanks~"

No further responses from him.

Also many of their excuses is they are pushing out new updates.

"We pushed out a major update with tons of good features last night. We did notice that some user are having issues with the https version of the site. Please tell all your user to use HTTP starting tomorrow morning and we will update you when that is repaired."
