Justin came to repair my two year old dryer that was not heating on April 10, 2014. He diagnosed it as the thermoster and stated it would be 140.00 after working with the dryer for over an hour Justin stated that he needed a part and it would be 200.00 total to repair the dryer. My dryer worked for a little over a month and begin to have the same problem that Justin claimed he repaired. After phone calls, texts over one week being ignored back and forth, after threatening to make a complaint to better business bureau Justin came to my home to service the dryer again. He stated that now the coils had gone out on the dryer and it would be 100.00 to repair. I refused to pay him such a high price again after he supposively repaired the dryer a month ago.
He stated that he would take 60.00 dollars for the repair but would need to get parts. After being gone for an hour he returned and stated that the dryer was still not working after repairing the coils, it was a problem with the gas line. He said that he would wait while maintenance checked the gas line. Maintenance found no problem however, Justin had taken off. After texting him he stated that it had to be the gas line. I hired a company to come out the next day and they informed me that there were NO coils on my dryer at all. I refuse to contact him again after he has obviously scammed me. Beware of what you find on craigslist once again. I will be contacting better business bureau and filing a smalls claims suit.I would not reccomend this business at all.
