My car was picked up in Kent, WA on the day it was suppose to be picked up. However, the truck brought it to a storage yard and it sat there for over 10 days. It was suppose to be delivered on Feb 17th... so I called on the 18th.... and only then found out the truck broke down and the carrier still had not left Spokane Valley, WA.
So when I assumed it was on the way... it was not on the way. When I pushed a bit... they stopped taking my calls - wouldn't tell me the exact location of the vehicle because I preferred to use a different truck at that point. They hid the car and continue to hold things up.
It doesn't get any more disgusting and unprofessional that what they did to me. Never use this company. They are the most unprofessional, unethical - piece of crap company I have ever dealt with in my whole life.
Just disgusting behavior from these idiots. I fear they damaged my car and are trying to fix it themselves rather than suffer a claim on their insurance.
