David Miller I received a call from this company stating I had been approved for a $5000 loan but in order for them to send it they wanted me to send them $390., which I sent them because I really needed this money for funancial purposes, then they called me and wanted another $275 which I do not have. There is no way for me to get my money back and still no loan.

I applied for an installment loan with Speedy cash in the amount of 400. and was to pay 63. a month , this was online. i was granted the loan, to be withdrawn from my bank on the first of every month. this was in April 2015. on the first there was withdraw of 124. and i thought well maybe that is the total interest. however the next month was the same amount, but now it was from Tger Finanacial, who i have never before heard of. Again june 1 same amount same company. i called speedy cash in Mayl wanted to know why different amount? i told her i signed with speedy cash and for 63.00 a month , online. She said oh no the 124.00 is only the interest , you would have to pay extra togo to the principal, and she said Mam I am sorry that you were misinformed!. i told her that is exactly what i signed for. I am very unhappy with Speedy cash for lying and then with no kind of notice changed me over to Tiger Fianancial. i am not by any means wealth, in other words barely making ends meet. Please advise me Thanks in advance. i believe the state is Ks

Tiger Financial began trying to collect money from me for a PayDay Loan from Speedy Cash of Witchita, Kansas. It was not my loan but someone had my information. It showed up asR a negative on my credit report which was flawless until then. Thanks to Lxxxxxxxx, it was paid & closed. In the process of having it removed. Tiger Financial just did another credit check on me for a PayDay Loan so the crook(s) strike again. This time, there will be no loan. I'm a viictim of ID Theft, am protected by fraud alerts, opening accounts in my name without contacting me first. Everyone needs ID Theft protection of some kind. Get copies of your credit report as often as possible & go over everything carefully. You can dispute anytging innacurate with the credit bureaus & it will be removed if innacurate. You can freeze your credit on every open account you have & unfreeze it if you need to use it. Monitoring your credit report & having fraud alerts put on your credit report plus having some kind of ID theft protection is the best you can do. The credit beureas will supply you with information on how to protect bank accouts, check their accuracy & how to get a report from Teletrak which is the credit reporting company for low life scums who give PayDay loans & small loans. Your information IS out there on the internet for sale now. Be sure you don't become a victim. If you do become a victim of ID Theft, contact The FTC (Federal Trade Clmmission) and they will send you important forms to fill out & put fraud alerts on all of your accounts immediately. Changing your SS number is a huge hassle because it rules your life, past, present & future. Anyone can get your new number as easily as your old one.

Took a loan out from speedy cash in 2013 fell into hardship due to motorcycle wreck , which left me with permanent disabilities , disability puts funds on debit card monthly, when taking loan out two forms of identification was required and my Drivers license/ debit card was my other form of ID not to be used as form of repayment, loan fell behind and they turned it over to Ad Astra a third party collector , which they gave my disability debit card number to , a year later Ad Astra took 605.00 out of my disability, which was more then half of what I receive and have to live on for a month, that put us behind in rent payment with all late fees,

Approved me for a loan, needed $275 money gram or green dot card to verify that I could repay the loan. Then called to say my credit union requires a $780 deposit fee for the loan, wanted it in another money gram. I refused, they got belligerent and des connected me and won't answer calls. There is a legit speedy cash with great reviews but this is obviously a bogus site. The men have Indian accents and go by Alex Jefferson and David Miller and have the money gram sent to a Yogesh Harsora in Georgia.

I personally went into speedy cash around August 2014 and made a pay day loan for $400, and the interest on the loan was to be paid back at $480. I have always done a pay day loan with speedy cash up until now. On the week that the loan was due I went into the store and paid $200 toward the loan and specifically ask the teller will the remainder of the loan still be withdrawn from my account on my upcoming payday for $280? her response to me was "yes, they will deduct $280 on my payday which will be the upcoming Thurday" Well, by the beginning of the following week I notice the $280 had not been deducted, so I call the store to find out why. The response was "I have to call and give them permission to withdraw the money from my account, and that the interest had regain on the loan. I went into the store to speak with the manager of that facility and he argued me down that this is what I signed and I may have signed that but as long as I have been dealing with speedy cash I have never taken out a full loan in the amount of $400. As a matter of fact, I never had to deal a store manager saying that the customer is wrong. What has happen is that they have become comfortable with people they deal with on a normal bases and have become to want to pull the wool over their eyes and claim that I am wrong. If you look at my previous loans, they have always take the money out and keep it moving. Now I feel like they are trying to make a fool out of me. Well I let them take the little $69 a payday until I felt as though they have been paid. There is no way I would have take a loan out on $280 for 6 months to add up to $800. I know I get up in the morning looking crazy, but sorry I'm not crazy, "Who does that"? However, I am and would like to file a dispute on my behalf and take the next step to get this matter resolve. Seems as though they need to pay their employers more money so they wont have to steal from the consumers. I know that there have to be recording going on and whatever it takes for me to prove my point I will!!

Borrowers beware, Speedy cash has more ways to get your cash than you might think. We all hit moments when we need cash fast. As a result, we often turn to high interest loans. My case was no different than many others, we needed to move fast because the house we had rented in St joseph mo was real bad. Mold, bug, and mose infestations was making the family real sick. So we turned to speedycash to fund the move.

I understood the risks when I signed the loan, or I thought I did. First, I was gaurenteed that I would get a call before they automatically debited my card. That didn't happen and my acct was overdrawn. The representative I talked to said they do make calls but the number I gave them was entered wrong, A 7 looked like a 2. Impossible to mistake my 7's because I add the little cross on the down stroke!

My job slowed down and now I have to watch the due dates to make sure I have the funds. If not I have to call them because they still do not make the call as pomised. If you call the day before the due date (payday) to make arrangements they might extend you for 5 days. What good does that do? If you dont have the funds on that day you probably wont havee them until your next payday 7-8 days later! As explained to me, they can not go further than 5 days until they try to debit your account and it isn't paid. Guess what, your bank charges you for the overdraft and they charge you (adding to the mony you are paying them). Sneeky way to make extra cash off you.

In addition, if you live in MO be especially careful. It seems that court cases won by this outfit can carry a high interest rate. Mo does not limit the interest a Plaintiff can request on a lawsuit, 200% or better. In fact, Speedy has run thouseands and thousands of case through th MO courts! They like MO due to the current laws. If you live in that state start writing your representatives.

Over all the people in St Joseph are nice until you sign, then look out.
