I bought this for someone in October. Unfortunately, neither I or the person I bought it for were able to use it for a few different reasons. They had nothing available within fifty miles to do the flight. First thing I did was contact customer service. THE WORST THING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. They were able to do nothing in order to try to book reservation. So I asked for a refund. They said a refund was unavailable. I have called over 50 times (and have the statements to prove it) and only twice was I able to speak to a manager. Managers and supervisors have only returned my phone call once in the fifty times that I have asked for one. They called me to tell me that a refund would be issued in March. I tried to call back to confirm the address it was being sent to, as I have moved since purchase and the person that answered advised I was not being issued a refund. No one that works there knows what the other is doing i.e. I called once and asked for "Shontell" (supposed supervisor) and the person thought they put me on hold and asked a coworker if the person still worked there. No notes were placed on any of the calls that I made. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. Finally, the last time I called they said a refund was available to me. It is now June and they finally gave me a refund. Now the check they send me has no funds! Needless to say, I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism and customer service that I am going to advise in any form I can to anyone that will listen to not do business with this company.

I made a booking for September 14th 2014 hot air balloon ride for my wife's birthday and made a payment of $652 on Sep 9th 2014 invoice# 6483423267. I even got a confirmation from Timmy and got him to call me back with a confirmation on the availability before making the booking. I got a call a day later saying that the date is not available and I will ahve to reschedule for which I expressed my disappointment. Marisio promised to help me out on Sep 10 by checking if he can find another reservation for the same day, but he didnt call me back and I was not able to reach him either. On sep 11th, I called and talked to another lady who said that Marisio is not available and she will see what she can do. She looked at my case and said that she would need me to pay $160 more for making another reservation at fly wendy fly. I know for a fact that flywendyfly charges only $575 for 2 people and asked not to try to cheat me and atleast return my money back if she cant get me another revservation at that price. She refused to do so and asked me to wait for one more day for her boss to call me( which will be Sep 12th). Now, I dont know if they are going to refund my money. I dont know if I can get another reservation after a day as the date is getting closer.Also, based on this experience, even if I pay $160 that is being asked, I dont see a gaurantee of getting my reservation . they still can call me again saying that the date was not available and that i will have to pay mroe money to get another reservation and I didnt want to fall in this trap anymore. So, I demanded a refund to which they started explaining me the invoice and stated that they dont refund any money.

So my wife and I decided to get her father an introductory flight package for Christmas last year. Unfortunately her father passed away in February and he did not get to use this. While her mother was going through his personal belongings she returned this coupon to us since she would not be using it. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and explained the situation. They stated that they do not usually give refunds and they stated that there were plenty of other things that we could use it for or we could just re-gift it to someone else. The lady then said that she would send us a list of other activities to do but if we did not want to participate in any of them then she would process our refund. We looked at the list and decided that we were not happy with any of the choices and asked for the refund. Two days later my wife was contacted by a supervisor who would not give her name. She stated that we were not eligible for a refund and if the customer service rep we spoke with said that then she apologizes and will speak to her. She then said we would either have to use the certificate or we would lose the $200. So reluctantly we looked at the list again. We decided to use the couple’s day spa treatment. My wife contacted the company back and got to speak to the same agent that initially took care of us. She said the closest spa network was over 4 hours away from where we live. We asked what kind of treatment we would get and she could not answer what treatments they provide. My wife asked for the spa name and how much it would cost and the customer service rep started getting defensive. She said if we weren't happy with her service then we could speak to the supervisor. My wife said ok let me talk to her and she said sorry she is not available now and we would need to send another email. So far no response back yet.

I have done some looking into with this company and there are plenty of bad reports on the BBB site. I wish we would have done some initial searching before opting to use this scam artist. I will update this report when a conclusion has been reached but much like all the other people that got ripped off, I am sure I am just one of many more to get taken.
