Warning festival promotors. based on our experience spotlight amusements lazarus fernandez may have you sign a contract. this contract may cause you to not have the amusements you want or worse yet not get paid at all your share of the proceeds.
Here is how it happens. Spotlight claims they have 50 amusements (they did not). You agree they are the exclusive childrens amusement provider for your festival. you tell them what amusement you want because the demand by children is great. they promise you the amusement and never deliver the amsement you wanted. you have no rihgts because the contract states amusements per "availability" and it just so happens what you wanted was mysteriously not available. you and the children and the festival suffer. you lost the addtional income from the amusement etc. you wanted but did not get. it gets worse. without fernandez permission you cannot bring in the amusement you want bcause you signed his contract. think you will get permission, chances are you will not. if you go get the amusement you will not get paid at all for the entire festival. i saw it happen. please be careful read the contact do sign it. you may not get what yoiu want despite his assurace and you may loose all proceeds yes all proceeds. need more information you are welcome to contact me.
