SST. is by far the worst possible people to deal with , if you have a payment due on the 14th of the month and you have not made the payment that day you will get phone calls the next day and until you do. Try and call someone the wait time on hold was 20 min. I called on my cell phone (while i was on hold with landline) and some one picked up within 1 min. but my landline was still on hold!!I made a payoff for the full amount and was trying to get confirmation that it was posted to my acct. the only answer I could get was it is still in processing. Also their rates are all most illegal they are so high along with try and pay by phone it is extra money($5.00 I think or more) also if you pay by check it is more also.
the whiole company is a joke and should be shut down.
