Stamps.com is fraudulant. They send a glossy package in the mail, which appears to be from the USPS. It offers you free stamps for learnong to print stamps from home. Nowhere in the entire package does it mention a subscription, a trial subscription of 4 weeks OR a monthly service fee of $15.99. Complete scam and fraudulant advertising!!!! It took me several months to catch this on my statements. Criminals. This company needs a big fat lawsuit.

Do NOT sign up with this company! They have beeen charging me for 2 years without permission and when I called they would not credit my account for the 9.99/month they charged me falsely! Unbelieveable! Also, I was on hold forever 150331-004573 Michelle supervisor.

SCAM really. An employee suggested we sign up for stamps.com. She was unaware they charge a monthly subscription fee because IT DOES NOT say so anywhere. We found out when the credit card statement came. I had ordered a postal scale. They sent me two. I had to pay to return them. They have no address or email on their site. Their phone prompt include one to cancel the account (the only company I have ever dealt with that has that). I tried to cancel they apparently intend to charge me at the end of the month. I will talk with my credit card company.

Company wants to charge $15.99 to be a stamp service, refuses to dismiss the fee when advised the service was not ordered, and continues to say they will bill.

While looking for information on the services for stamps.com they required you create an account to contnue though their site. After the account is created they require credit card information for verufucation. At his time they will not allow you to go further with out purchasing the services. No futer action was taken. The site was closed, never purchased service and never got the information. Continuosly recieve notice that bills can not be processed, that is because no service was ever bought! after contacting the company, after being tired of recieving emails, i was informed I bought the services cause i created an account and entered a credit card.. I had no choice but to do so to try to get information! I Did Not purchase the service! I closed Site before submitting for payment! I recieved a Paper Bill in the mail that this account is past due and requires payment.. Called this time, Was told I did create an acount there for bought service, Josh the agent said he would close the account but insisted I was responsible for payments.. I asked account be notated I never bought services and will Not pay on an account I did not purchace

Tried to cancel my service months ago but continued to be charged $15.99 a month. Luckily the credit card on file expired and they were unable to charge my credit card. I called again to cancel the account formally. The person on the phone would continue to give me the run around to keep me from canceling my account. He was extremely misleading. I can see how when people call to cancel, they might not actually be canceling with the tactics their customer service personnel use. I have an available balance to purchase postage yet he still wanted me to pay an additional $15.99. Keep my outstanding credit. I've already paid $15.99 a month (for many months)and for nothing! This is a ripoff! Everyone should just use the USPS online service, which is FREE and shipping rates are discounted to keep people from waiting in line at the post office.

Stamps.com - Account created by teenage son. When first billing hit my account I called to ask why and cancel. The next month I got billed again. Called and explained AGAin that a child did this and I had cancelled it - they had no record of my cancelling and said they would cancel now. I called the DAY it showed in pending on my bank. Had not posted and yet they still bill me for additional $3.07. I HATE this reip-off company and I will tell anyone who will listen.

Do not subscribe. Will not provide service but will charge you at least 15.99 per month, signed our daughter up twice for two monthly charges on the same credit card. Very difficult to cancel. Scam artists.
