Hired Stanley Steemer out of Crofton/Bowie to clean my Mom's Love Seat and six dining room chair bottoms. The chair bottoms were very light material with light daily dirt. They sent a truck mounted rig with two guys who didn't care about anything but Gettin in, Get done and GET PAID. Were there less than a hour and charged almost $400. While they were cleaning the chair bottoms, the water coming out of their upholstery attachment kept leaving dirty streaks on the material. I went out and noticed the hose from their truck went around the back of the house but was not connected to our water faucet. They were cleaning with recycled dirty water from within the truck mounted tank. When I asked the " Technicians" about this, they said I didn't know what I was talking about and that the machine cost $10, 000. I don't care how much the f___ing machine cost. Dirty water is dirty water. To make this worse, they put Scotchgard over the dirt which sealed it in. I threw them out and got the knucklehead at their office to reverse the credit card charge or I would sue them. STAY AWAY FROM STANLEY STEEMER.
