This was the message i got on my machine. i called and here is the conversation

me: which branch of the government are you with?
SID: please note our address: 173 Jefferson avenue, Syracuse NY
me: that does not answer my question. but any how, someone called my number with some strange message

at this point i realized that the person on the phone sounded exactly like the person who left the voicemail. something sounded fishy and i hung up.
I received a cal tday from a "genteman" named Eric Matthews claiming to be from the State Investigation Department, I did not receive the call as I was busy but when I checked my voicemail, the person on the ther hand sounded quiet professional and tld me to call him back at the number 202-239-0433. He claimed I was under federal investigation (did not mention on what grounds), atfirst I was a bit shook but then when I got my neves back and started some online searching I found this same number was used to claim that they were from IRS and threatened another person. I really don't know what to say, when I investigated further I found this website and a little fact that the number was a sprint cell phone. I'm not n expert but I'm pretty sure that official phone cals of such nature are not made on cellphones.
I have received an email stating that there has been a lawsuit filed against me that I am doing some fraud and criminal activities. I am being legally prosecuted in the Court House within a couple of days. My SSN# is put on hold by the US Government. This can be resolved by paying out of Court Restitution Amount or the Settlement Amount.
I received a letter today in the form of an arrest warrant. Had a number for me to call immediately. I was told that I was speaking to Alicia Roy and that if i did not appear in court at 4:40 pm tomorrow down town Augusta GA at the District Circuit Court I would be arrested. The three charges she kept saying very fast and stated that I owed money to to a quick cash place that I never repaid. I tried calling them back but could not geta number. They have my SSN and asked me to verify it after they recited it to me. Angry! I hope that these people are caught nad thrown under jail. Ruined my whole day. I could not function after this.UnREAL!!!
Got an email from a susan Anderson stating she is a senior affidavit processor from state investigation department in utica,ny. tells me i have a pending lawsuit about some fraud and criminal activities. going to be prosecuted in the next couple of days. that my ssn is put onhold by the us government. says she can help me from this happening to me. i could pay the out of courtrestitution or settlement amout. i tried to call the number they gave me and its a majik box number and isnt even assigned to a customer. they are suppose to be from utica yet the phone# is from florida and the fax number is from seattle. hmmmm. so what do you think?????? SCAM its in regards to USA cash advance. ok
