Recieved what was supposed to to a set of cake molds that looked like they had been returned already then sent to us. Box said that it includes recipe,decorating idea papers. There was nothing in the damaged boxes but the molds--no directions etc.

Can not find this item on the site and do not remember seeing final sale on the listing.Even it it was, there should be all the items in the box as stated. They advertise 100% customer satisfaction. BEWARE!!!!!
On 9/8, I purchased 3 "Mystery Boxes" for $25.00 apiece. They were supposed to come with minimum $140.00 worth of unknown goods per box, with the possibility of receving an Ipad or or some other premium prize. Sounded like a fun gamble.
After receiving several "Your Package is on it's way" emails (the tracking number showed that the packages hadn't been shipped yet) and waiting over 2 weeks, I emailed them asking where my boxes were. Their response was "I've just taken a look, and set an expedition to this order" and "Rest assured it is in transit, and the tracking information should update soon." contradicting the first line that said basically that it hadn't shipped yet.
After waiting another week, I sent them another email demanding a refund else I'll call the bank and file a charge-back. They replied "I've went ahead and issued you a full refund for the amount of: $75 "
Now, 2 days later, my bank still has not received the credit from Stay Trendy.
Obviously, they don't care about their customers or about their reputation.
