This guy Sergio Caliz took total advantage of a couple i know. They found a home to buy. Sergio didnt find them the home nor did he negoctiate the price, he didnt even show them the home. He pushed himself onto them telling them they needed an agent ( they didnt need one it was a home the couple found on theor own whos owner was willing to do sale by owner) He had told the couple that he would do them good that he was honst and was moral. Well he charged them over 11,000 for just filling out a sales contract ( 30 minutes) and basiclly intimidated the buyer into having him represent them when he wasn't needed. The worst part is Sergio released privite and personal information about the couple to others that had nothing to do with the slae at all, This guy is far from ethical nor honest or moral. He has been reported to the DRE and other agencies, Dont believ the " testimonial" on his website it is most likely one he put there. His knollege of the Real estate business is the worst you could get. Remember just because an agent gets their lic, doesnt mean they know what they are doing or wont take advantage of you this guy Sergio from what ive heard is all about himself and taking advantage of others.
