My husband and I met these two individuals and their 3 kids and they gave us an down on thier luck story, we felt bad for them so we tried to help them out. We rented them our newly remodeled house, the house was for sale and they were aware of that we signed a contract and made thier rent low to help them get on their feet we also did not ask for a security deposit after all we were helping them. They lived in our home for 7 months but as per our agreement we told them the house was no longer avaliable because it was sold. We were trying to be nice about the situation so we gave them 3 months notice that they would need to move instead of the 30 days the contract had stated.
The month finally came when they told us they were moving half way through the month when they were already supposed to be out we asked if they had dropped the key off and we find out that they in fact were still not out of the house.
