Mr. Stephen Ploue can make all of the excuses he wants, but it just makes him look more dishonest. Thus, anyone can look at the photographs and see that this home has major settlement issues (PHOTOS DON'T LIE!) Instead of trying to untarnish your reputation online, why don't you man-up and just fix the defective home you sold to my family?
In fact, his engineer which was hired two years ago stated, "The only realistic scenario to prevent expansive and contractivve soils from moving is driving pilings below the affected zone." I will attach more photos which were taken yesterday. There are now well over 100 cracks in drywall, bricks, and stucco. Some are so wide you can fit your finger in them. Another crack spans over 20 feet long.
Mr. Ploue had no intention fixing our home properly and we have not heard from him in two years. This had been 4 years of stress and disappointment. It is my intention to expose Stephen Ploue Construction, LLC (also PRIME Design & Build Group, LLC which he just changed his name) of his unethical business practices. I am honestly so sick of people like him trying to avoid doing not only the legal thing but ethical thing too. I intend to contact all of my local news stations regarding this builder in Louisiana. Beware potential home buyers!
