Stevens Tanker Division has nothing but a bunch of thieves there. The Terminal Manager has been having drivers load up short loads of production water, and documenting for a full barrels. So what they are doing is cheating their customers.. Sanchez, Penn Virginia, Eog..The reason is because we kept getting overweight tickets, which the Company tries to blame the Driver for. I was asked to lie to the customer by Michelle Conkel- the company lot lizzard, and tell them I had a flat tire. I refused to do it, and have had a hard time since then. The Drivers are treated like crap, and are written up, without verbal warning. Hilton, the Dispatch mamager (with no teeth) makes up his own rules as they go along. He protects the worst dispatchers, and terminates the good ones. Someone needs to investigate this Company.. Daily fradulant activitiy, low pay, constant write ups for no reason.. Not DOT Compliant
