I have been a seller of over 47 auctions on storage battles, the last auction i listed should have sold for about $100. Lawnmower and a few other items, well this buyer bidded online a winning amount of $470.00. Well he drove 3 hours to pick up retail value of about $200 worth of items.....He complained, sent threats, called my house and i reported to storagebattle the next day, what lesile pico did next was suspend my account without notice, cancel 3 current ongoing auctions that was active with current bidding, stated that i had bad feedback..You gotta laugh, how can a seller have bad feedback when a idoit decided to overpay for a storage unit. The fact is that the seller that sent texts to my phone at 11.00 pm with threats of harm is still buying on storage battles, bidding outrages amounts on multi units, thousands on some..The buyer even stated at the time of the pickup is that he was assuming someone would outbid him,as a former season 25 year buyer, that tells me that storagebattles allows this type of thug to contine buying on storagebattles because of the money that he make them in commissions. She did not want to see copies of his texts, stated that was not her concern but i had bad feedback.

I wonder, how can a seller have bad feedback, the facts are very clear, the thug text and stated that he would have my account suspended, and leslie pico did what he asked. Now if this thug was only a buyer, its seems that storagebattles and the buyers are working together to drive up bids on multi units...why bid such a large amount assuming someone else would outbid him.Leslie pico is dishonest and a liar, can't produce one complaint when asked, not 1.She hung the phone up on me twice, and i still see this buyer active and storage battles allows him to continue to be active even after sending many vulgar threats.I'm now working with local law makers to get rid of these online auction sites in my area, if they are acting only as a online auction site, why bother with my account, make me wonder a loud what kind of close doors deals or friendship is going on in the background.....Bad feedback but can't produce any dates or incidents.

My units are photo and "locked",nobody see them again till the buyer arrives.Leslie Pico is a liar !!

Purchased a room at online auction from storagebattes.com Went to facility to pick up and was refused Because manager wasnt there. why would you as a manager schedule the auction to end on a day when you arent available, also why would you need to be available? Is the person you left in charge not qualified to do their job? So I called storagebattles and told them I have a tight schedule this weekend because I purchased 2 other rooms at auction from them in Maryland so I need to empty this one today otherwise i cant take it because i need to leave ffor Maryland in the morning in order to empty the rooms I purchased there as per storage battles rules. After explaining all of this to them on the phone I was told if I don't empty it tomorrow my account will be suspended. So I asked to speak to a supervisor so I could explain that I tried to empty the room and was refused (btw isn't that fraud? I did pay for it) was told there is no supervisor and if I don't empty it my account will be closed. Obviously this company doesn't care about its customers only care about money. HELP ME HOWARD

Used Storagebattles many times

We have been using Storagebattles for 3 years now and never have any issues after buying 100's of units. They are like ebay, and like the other post said, the facility is the one who posts the auctions, not storagebattles. If you had an issue, you should call the facility and then call storagebattles to complain about the facility procedures. The complaint should be against the listing site, but the facility itself.

I had purchased a unit on storagebattles.com for $620. The pictures on this auction were many boxes and shows many comics laid out (they had inspected the unit themselves because the initial picture did not show the comics laid out). I bid 10$ over the highest bidder and i was suprised that i had won the unit so easily without a fight. When i arrived to check out the unit, i was surpised the boxes labeled 1-50 edition of a certain comic and 50-100 edition of a certain comic were empty! I believe storage battles maniupulated this unit to make buyers believe there was numerous amounts of comic books when they knew it were empty boxes. They had time to lay out comic books but did not take time to open the empty boxes to take pictures of it? Scammers!

THE ACTUAL STORAGE FACILITY ARE THE SCAMMERS

The actual storage facility would have "staged" this unit.

You should list the storage facility so we can avoid them.

Also if you feel you've been mislead by a unit. (not as pictured), you

can email storagebattles.com and report that facility.
