I purchased two items from Storebound online. I kept one and returned the other item a juicer. I know that they received the item because it shipped with their shipping slip through the usps. I tracked it and they received it on 2/1. I have not heard from them through email, phone call, nothing. I tried calling but all I get is a recording and music. Through a recorded message, I was told to leave my name and phone number and someone would return the call. As of today, 3 weeks after they received my return and two weeks after my phone call to them ...nothing.
My suggestion to you is tread very lightly when ordering anything from Storebound or buydash.com. You may never get your money back.
I bought a juicer in the store made by storebound. I took it out of the box cleaned and used, it worked great. A few months ago i went to use it agin and it would not turn on, i was already passed my 30 day in the store and they dont even carry it anymore. i called Storebound they offered to help as i had to send them my juicer first and then they will send a new one, well its been almost 7 weeks since i sent it to them and they still cant send me back a new one. People if you are going to buy anything from Storebound i suggest spending a few more dollars and get a real name brand product with product support.
