Stratford Square Apartments and Monticello Apartments located in Fredericksburg Virginia Allows Registered SEX OFFENDERS to live in their complex!
To my horror we discovered several aparments where leased to sex offenders although many young college girls also live on the property. Stratford Square / Monticello Apartments will LIE and DECEIVE to its other tenants by denying any SEX OFFENDERS live on the premises. We discovered that there were at least three men living there that were on the list at their own admission!
If you have a child going to University nearby DO NOT RENT FROM STRATFORD SQUARE / MONTICELLO APARTMENTS or your daughter may well become a VICTIM!
We are very afraid that many people will not be aware of the situation they would be moving into. We stronly urge you to reconsider living / moving into either of these complexes.
My child has come home to find urine in the hallway and homeless men sleeping in the laundry room. Its unfortunate these people are homeless, but we thought this would be a nice safe place because on first glance thats how it appears.
STRATFORD SQUARE / MONTICELLO APARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE OR SECURE! PLEASE DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM!
