Richard Carter rip me off for $10000 and never recieved my money back or truck. Richard told me that he get a cheap and lower mile truck in ga.. He said his friend is a car dealer and he would found me one. So he found a frontier and I saw it by text only. I gave Mr. Carter $10000 but the truck was $15000 so I told I will get the $5000 up. So two months had pass and I had so financially problems and I told him I need my money back so I get a cheaper and paid car. I ask repeatedly for 6 months and he refuse to give it back. My older car and only car broke down and I really need my money back and he still refuse. I told him if your friend a dealer why can he found me a car that price and we can settle this matter it would be fair for the both of us. I am a disable mother and on a fix income. Mr Carter is a pastor and he is not a man of GOD. Richard Carter still today will not give me back my money. He lied about the truck and stole my money. A paper was sign that I give him the money.
