On Nov 8th 2014 I went to strong vw . I was there about 4 hours and they said they had a car for me 2012 ford focus with 49000 miles on it . by end of the 4 hours the sales guy told me congrates on your new car you just bought. He told me now you need to get insurance on it. I got insurance from 21st centry insurance. I paid 314.00 down on insurance and after i got the insurance 1/2 hour later they tell me i can't get the car with my credit . now its there freash start program.
So we used my wifes credit shes worked for 14 years at her job. and makes just short of 13.00 an hour. So they said ok we got to run it though a lady here. make sure my wifes consolidation loan. but we need a paper at home showing how much she pays. (now we have insurance on this car. ) so we come back on monday, sale guy says they lady we need isn't in we spend another two hours gaving more info. so we went home I was let go from my work on Nov. 11th 2014. on friday we went back i spent 6 hours there. now i'm told I the focus won't work its has issues. So i'm told that i can get a 2011 ford fusion with 61600 miles. for same $ 12800.00 now i have insurance on a car i can't get. they made me get. so now i got to cancel it and get insurance on the other one. Mind you we are handicaped people. we put 750.00 down on this car with $150.00 due in two weeks. I drive off.
I get a job the follewing week. now i have a job and insurance. I take to the loan company on Nov. 22nd 2014 told them i got a new job they said ok we will finish loan approvel after i send in a copy of my check. i say ok.on saturday Nov. 20th 2014 we go down and ask if there was any info they needed because that week we got a call saying they needed more info. They tell us we need nothing that we know. we say ok pay the $150.00 left on my down which makes $900.00 down. on monday Dec. 1st 2014 My wife it crying on phone to me saying clean out the car we have to take it back. I'm like why. she says they said we don't have insurance and no job. mind you i get insurance on day i drove off. I do have a job. the guy tells me his trying to get a hold of us for two weeks? I only had the car 16 days. Ok they should of not take the money 2 days earlyier . now Dec. 1st 2014 we take car back and ask for my money back they said no. i said will you at least owe us for the $150.00 you should of not taken knowing you wanted the car back. They said no refund we keep it all. no car no money. not right, DONT go to strong vw we found 100 or more of neg. info on them after we take car back. so more they us got ripped off.
