I ordered a t-top from stryker at the end of jan, 2015. After a couple of weeks with nothing showing up at my door i called and asked where my t-top was at. Told that the item wouldn't be delivered until the end of march! when i complained about it taking 2 months for delivery the customer service rep said "you can get a refund any time you like." so, i asked for a refund. Two weeks later and still no refund and no t-top. The company charged my credit card for $1149, never sent an invoice for the purchase, never sent the item, and continue to not issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Be Aware

I placed my order on June 12, 2015. Was contacted by phone after placing the order and told the product wouldn't ship for another month. After expressing my need to have the top by no later than late July, I was assured that I would have the T-top by July 24. Well the tower frame arrived, but nothing else - no canvas or any of the accessories that were ordered with it. The canvas and the electronics box arrived a little over a month later. I am still waiting on the rest of the accessories. I ended up purchasing an aftermarket canvas so that I could make use of the portion of the T-top that had been shipped. The first use of the T-top resulted in the breaking of 3 welds on the frame. Customer service is a joke at best. I wish I could have found this webpage before I placed the order. Would have saved me a lot of headaches.

STAY AWAY FROM STRYKER T-TOPS!!!!

I ordered my top back in Dec of 2014. I was told it would ship out in the first week of January 2015. IT'S NOW JUNE and STILL don't have my top!! Their customer service reps are rude and they lie! If you ask them when the top will ship... here's their answer. "It will ship in two weeks". That's all they say...... If you value your money....STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!!

Ordered a t-top 5-6 months ago, and barely got some of the parts for the t-top. Had to call numerous times and bug them to get the parts in. It seemed every time i called they lied to me about when i should receive the shipment. Very annoying!!! they are so backed up with t-tops and supplies, that many, if not all customers are having to wait for their supposed promised shipment. Save yourself the trouble and do not order a t-top from these barneys. And if you do, prepare for a very long wait. If you try and cancel your order, good luck! either you don't get your money back, or pay huge amounts of money to ship it back to them... That's if they even allow returns.

Wish i found the reviews prior to purchase.

Been waiting 3 months now for my order. Credit card was billed as soon as I clicked "Purchase" and yet here I am, 3 months later without my items.

Never have I bought anything online and had such an issue. If anything, everything ever purchased online has shown up as expected and some of those times, even earlier than expected.

This company is a joke and shouldn't be in business at all.

Styker T-Tops shady from the get go. I really wish we would have done more research.

We Purchased our T-Top on 8/26/14, I paid by Bank/Credit Card in full. I waited and called after 4 weeks and no communication from the company about shipping. They told me that it would be about another 4 weeks before it would ship. I called again after 4 weeks, shipping continued to be pushed out week by week, they offered extras for our delay. We declined added products. I was willing to pay more to upgrade to a different product, but that was not available either.

On 12/12/14 I spoke to them and was advised I would be called back next week, before the end of the day on 12/18/14. I was busy and with the Holiday I let it go. I called today 12/30/14 and was told it would be until the 2nd or 3rd week of January 2015! That would be at least FIVE MONTHS. At this point we decided that we wanted our money back. FOUR/ FIVE MONTHS is to long to wait!

I asked for a refund. He immediately said okay we will refund your card. Although, that would be nice I no longer have the same bank card I did 4 months ago. I told them I needed a check mailed. I was told that it would be 3 - 10 days for the refund and an additional 4 days mailing to me.

After reading reviews I'm very worried that I won't be getting my money back anytime soon!

I do a lot of internet buying from companies all over the country. NONE of which, I've never taken the time to write about. This company is not able to provide correct lead times or information about the orders. Their website has constant sales which look really good, but again how long do you want to wait? IF WE were told from the beginning 16 - 18 weeks lead I may have been okay or took my business somewhere else then.

I have been waiting for a month for a $1,149 credit to my account. Been told it was done, been hung up on several times (told we were disconnected by mistake). Ordered the T-top on June 6, month later was told it should ship in 2 weeks, then told it would be the end of August or later. Cancelled order on July 14, and no credit yet. BIG SCAM as far as I am concerned. May have to go to Attorney General's Office next. Just want my money back.

Lots of double talk about how the credit has been issued on July 14, and guys sound good on phone. Now no one is answering the phones. AND still no credit on my credit card!!!!
