This incompetent nincompoops made a complete mess of my car. They spilled oil all over my car. I smelled a burning smell the car shortly after the oil change so I took my car to the dealer for servicing. The dealer found the cabin air' filter, the catalytic converter, and the engine covered in oil which had been slowly burning. I drove around breathing in these fumes for weeks before I understood what was happening! Do yourself a favor and don't go to these j**ka***s for anything! I cant believe I have to give them even a single star!
STS Tire company has been known or popular to be suggesting or fixing brake linings or shoes or rotors when not asked in particular when not faulty. Just a rip-off trick they normally apply. I took my car to this shop with heat problem. I wasn't having heat in the car And there was a noise coming from the loose muffler hitting the body. I was asked to leave the car overnight and will be done first in the morning. The following day at 6pm, I got to the shop to pick up but found the rear tires off. I was told "sorry, we were checking the tires and the brake linings on the left just came off, so we are planning to change it". Was that the cause of the noise? They said "no", it seems the noise are from your struts. Ok, I had no problems with the brakes because 3 days earlier I had just passed an inspection done at MonroN(with tire rotation). So, what next, I was told I can tow the car without rear wheels back to Monroe or they will order the parts. I had to agree, so that I won't have to pay for towing and other expenses. Replacing the linings cost me $200 - a reap-off and rip-off. Now, did they fix the noise they thought was coming from the struts - No. Did they fix the heat problem I was having - No, they totally forgot. They had the car for 2 nights and 3 days, they did only the easy one they wanted to do. The sweer part of the issue is that they had forced my wife in the same fashion to do her car brake rotors and pads. They wouldn't give the car back unless she agrees to do it.
can so one please stop these people from this STS signature ripoff? Please, do something.
