This dispute is about StubHub's refusal to cancel an order, even immediately after the order was placed.

So, I placed an order for concert tickets. As soon as the order went through I noticed that it was for the wrong venue. Oops! So of course I wanted to cancel the order immediately.

I contacted StubHub's customer service via chat. They refused to cancel the order and instead offered to help me resell the tickets. This infuriated me! You're telling me that you cannot cancel an order 5 minutes after it was made?

So I got on the phone with a customer service agent, and they relisted the tickets for me. For me to get my money back, the ticket has to sell for about $20 more than what I paid to accomodate StubHub's fee's. If they don't sell, I guess I'm stuck. If they do sell, StubHub pockets the $20.

Just cancel the order StubHub. Just because you don't own the ticket doesn't mean you can't cancel the order. You can cancel an order on eBay, and it's basically the same concept. StubHub is a

I purchased a concert ticket from StubHub on 4/1015. I drove over 4 hours to concert incurring over $250 in expeenses (hotel and gas). When I arrived at concert there was a sign posted on door stating the concert was cancelled. The sign said to contact seller for a FULL REFUND. I immediately contacted StubHub. They didn't even know concert was cancelled. Upon further communication with StubHub, I was informed that I would not get a refund for the tickets.

StubHub said that the concert was rescheduled for 8/21/15. I am not going in August. I am unable to attend at that time not should I have to attend then. How dare StubHub.com steal my money. StubHub will get their cost back since they purchased the tickets themselves from another vendor... I advise anyone who has had a similar experience with StubHub to write to the BBB, the Federal Trade Commision, and any online consumer report sites. If enough people complain, StubHub will have to be accountable for their immoral and illegal actions.

Stubhub indicated availabiity of a venue, tickets, seats then sent the wrong tickets for the wrong time. They lied in email and phone communications and said they had the right tickets and would send to me and did not. After a week of continuing to communicate with them, they lied again and said they had the right tickets and would send then did not. They did not honor their fan guarantee and completely misrepresented their ticket availability only offering tickets for significantly less value for the event.

The manager Gary was a completely unprofessional and unresponsive individual with no ability to provide a competent and accurate resolution consistent with their policy.

I will NEVER use stubhub again as it is a complete racket!!!!

While looking for tickets for the rose bowl game using the stubhub app, I cam across a single ticket being sold for zero dollars. I was suspicious so I used the web version of the app through safari (stubhub.com) I saw the listing agin for zero dollars. I asked my sister to check using Her web browser on her laptop and again zero dollars. By this time the panic of missing out on a deal of a life time began to creep in. I rationizlied the price of zero dollars as some kind holiday spirit. So I purchased the tickets. after entering my information and confirming the sale I waited for the email to confirm the sale. The app showed the purchase as being held for fraud check. After an hour I got the confirmation and got the ticket sale reciept. Later that I day was contacted by a no name employee stating that the sale was voided due to an error. I asked for a clarification and she only said that I will be receiving my refund and that's it. The sale was protected by fanprotect gurantee as stated in the confirmation email.

I mistakenly listed tickets for the belmont stakes in section 3AAU when in fact my seats were in section 3CCU. stubhub charged me $194.92 for 2 replacement tickets. I couldn't understand why so much since I charted the event everyday and knew tickets in that area were plentiful at around the $200 cost per ticket I had sold which I didn't have.

When I asked multple reps they immediately go into the cloak of secrecy and tell me the replacement tickets transaction doesn't involve me. I inform them it does since i'm paying. finally each rep breaks down and gives me a different amout that the replacement tix cost. One rep mistakenly revealed the section and row of the replcement tickets(have chat log) and of course there is 1 sale in that section the day SH notified me of the cancelation and charge to my credit card. That sale was for $200@ ticket(have documentation of this) exactly what I sold mine for thus there should be no charge for the replacements let alone $194.

Wrote to corporate about my concern and 2 days later a top seller Rep called me with yet more bullshit. A different price again, "SH can charge me anything thing they want read the user agreement". He asked me what he could do to convince me the replacement transaction was legit and I told him to send me a copy of the replacement transaction with the replacement sellers name blacked out. He said out of the question. This company thrives on lack of transparency. Anyone interested I have full black and white documentation of everything contained in this report.

I used the site to sell tickets to a concert. I was never notified that tickets had been sold up until the minute of the show, when instead I got an e-mail from stubhub saying that there were problems with the tickets and that I would therefore had to pay stubhub $150. In trying to contact them, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do. In the end, I basically lost $150 when trying to sell the tickets on their site. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
