Eu fui mais uma vítima do dono dessa loja. Aconteceu uma situação muito chata comigo e quando pesquisei sobre a loja na internet vi que várias outras pessoas também foram enganadas.
Comprei lá um headphone de $127.00 pois o vendedor me garantiu várias vezes que o mesmo tinha bluetooth e mp3, que era exatamente o que eu estava procurando. Quando fui passar as músicas vi que não tinha bluetooh, e então fui na loja devolver esperando no mínimo um pedido de desculpas. Para minha surpresa o dono disse que não iria devolver o meu dinheiro e que eu teria que trocar por outra coisa da loja, e ainda tinha que pagar 15% em cima do $127.00 por ter aberto a caixa. Concordei em pagar os 15%, mas questionei não poder devolver o produto já que o erro foi da loja e não havia nenhum outro que eu gostasse. Com a cara mais sínica do mundo, ele me assistiu angustiada procurar por alguma outra coisa que me agradasse. Acabei ficando com o que havia comprado, mesmo sabendo que terei que arcar com o prejuizo pois o mesmo não atende as minha necessidades.
Infelizmente depois de ler outros comentários percebi que isso é uma prática comum entre eles. O valor praticado também é bem acima do valor de mercado, mesmo eles de intitulando de "outlet". Fica a dica para a investigação dessa loja pelo governo. É muita má-fé com relação aos consumidores!
I was a victim of the owner of that store. A very annoying situation happened to me and when I researched about the store on the internet I saw that several other people were also deceived.
I bought there one headphone $ 127.00 because the seller assured me several times that it had bluetooth and mp3, which was exactly what I was looking for. When I move the songs that had not seen bluetooh, and then went in the store waiting to return at least an apology. To my surprise the owner said he would not return my money and I would have to exchange it for something else from the store, and still had to pay 15% on top of the $ 127.00 for opening the box. Agreed to pay 15%, but questioned could not return the product since the error was the store and there was no one that I liked. With more Sinic guy in the world, he watched me anguished look for something else that pleased me. I ended up with what was bought, even though I'll have to bear with prejudice because it does not meet my needs.
Unfortunately after reading other reviews I realized that this is a common practice among them. The amount charged is also well above the market value, even entitling them to the "outlet". Is a tip for research that store government. It's too bad faith with respect to the consumers!
