I was contacted by daniel pratt - very smooth talker, promised me he could settle my high interest rate with ondeck and another loan through paypal for my business and would save me thousands of dollars. I began making payments to suffolk and daniel assured me part of the money would be to settle the loans. I paid suffolk $27,900 and they saved me $13,000 off ondeck's loan. Never contacted paypal. I spoke with rich brown several times, he acted like he didn't know about the paypal loan. I have emails to prove he was sent the paperwork 4 times. I requested a refund. No reply. I reported them to the better business bureau, no reply. I hired a lawyer - wouldn't do anything because i'm in tn and suffolk has cleverly constructed their contract so that any lawsuits have to be made in new york. These 2 people are scam artists. Run if they call you. Do not do business with them!!!
