This older gentleman that is a hard working,God fearing, family man who happens to be puerto rican was just trying to apply for a job at this company was called names, was told by the owner that he didn't want him to work there because hes a lazy no good felon. Mind you, this man has all the certifications and experience of 20 plus years.
Upon this gentleman trying to apply for a job this company Sullivan's Family Auto Repair in turn pressed racists charges against him just to have him locked up. They violated this man's equal opportunity rights based strictly off of race.
