This company contacted me at the beginning of the year to help me with my business financial situation. They said the could help and where willing to give a loan for all that I need. So this person named Jason said he would help and he always seemed in a hurry. He said I got you the loan but I need you to sign with First Data first so we can get the ball rolling and then I will send you the loan. At which point he said don t worry your loan has been approved and will tell you later how much total, I just want to get a head start. Considering we need the money ASAP so we signed and he was listening to our conversation. Then time pasted and we did not hear from him and we would call him and he would not answer, no calls or emails.
So we called the office directly and asked to talk to his boss and they would no comunicate us until we said we where looking for a loan again. Then at this time Rita told us that Jason no longer worked for them because he had don some shady buisness but promised that she would take of the situation. She promised even to get us the loan. Again time passes and nothing happens. We try to communicate and after a long time she responses and says she is sorry but that she has had a lot of work but that she was taking care of our situacion. That was back in May. And we are in July and have not heard from her at all. I have called her left messages and filled her voice mail box and nothing. I have even filed a complaint with BBB and she has not responsed either.
This is really upsetting beacuase now First Data is calling me and I have to pay more than $300 a month for 4 years and this is going to be on my credit history which is not fair.
THis company is a scam they promise you things and the dont follow throught. They must get comission from these other companys
They have no regard for ones credit. They take advantage of people in need.
I just want them to clear my name and pay First Data and break the contracto with them. I have not even used First Data or Sumopau
