Ordered frame as a gift. It arrived from Costa Rica, in a flimsy envelope and broken. I reported the problem to PayPal and requested a refund. In addition to the frame being broken, there was a typo! And this was not a custom order. It's one they have in stock. They requested that I send a picture, and said that this is the first frame broken this year. Hard to believe! I sent the picture and they are insisting on shipping a replacement. Again, there is a typo, and I don't want a replacement. How much does it take to get them to refund $8.99?? This company is awful to deal with, and I won't ever shop with them again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My next step is to file a complaint with my bank.
I ordered 2 license plate frames from this company/website on may 8th, it is now June 10th, and no plates, they do not return phone calls and do not respond to emails... make sure that you sign up with the website so that if you do order from them you have a receipt of the purchase and that you can actually log in a see where you order is.
But in general, do not order from these people... their listed phone number on my transaction history does not work, and the number on their website calls a personal cell phone number to which you will only get their voicemail and never receive a call back.
