Supergooddeals is a Ripoff - I placed an order over 10 days ago and I never received my order nor an email confirmation but my credit card was charged by them. I've left 3 messages and still no one has called me back. The fact that their answering machine has some cheesy voice on on it says it all and that no one ever picks up the phone is a tell tell sign. Here is the best part; on the web site home page it says "We treat our buyers the way we liked to be treated when we ourselves buy things online" wow they must like being ignored and ripped off. I will call my credit card now and dispute the charge.
Ordered 2 extra long lighting cables from vendor last week in December. Surprised that they offer free shipping. Placed order on line used PayPal.
Waited about three weeks and when husband asked "where are those cables"? I checked to see that PayPal processed and it did. Sent two emails asking for tracking numbers, never got a response back from either. Initated a claim on the 10 dollar PayPal transaction and miraculously three days later, the two cables show up in the mail.
The USPS label was created on December 31 and didn't get the item until January 24th. So, looks like they shipped item out when they received a complaint.
Do not know what the deal is with this company but would not order from them again. Something is very shady. Let's see how long the cables work until they break.
Purchased some products on supergooddeals.com super good deals, whatever his name is today. This as you can guess is a one man show who has prior convictions as I read up about him. His name is Kevin Jay Lipsitz. A divorced conman from Staten Island who has served jailtime and convictions for fraud and even child molestation.
To put it simply, his products take a month to arrive and are totatlly not as advertised. They dont work. Dont buy anything apple from him as what you receive is complete garbage and not what is advertised. You can read up on some of his prior scams here
