I was contacted by them over two weeks ago. i filled out a questionare over half a year ago and never thought twice... but thats how they got my info i am assuming. anyways, they told me this was a free trial that i only had to pay shipping for. by the way, they charged $12 for shipping. after the free trial they would auto send but i was free to cancel at anytime to prevent payment. so, after 1 week of taking my free trial product i decided it wasnt for me and called to cancel any future "auto orders". they told me i agreed to pay for it and can not cancel it ($99.00). they were also sending me exercise dvds. i dont do exercise dvds and know i did not order them. i dont even have a lot of weight to lose- just like 5 lbs of that extra chub. anyways, when i told him i wasnt interested in the dvds he made a comment about large people not exercising. after that, he cut me off and told me he had helped me all he was able to and then hung up on me. i called back and a woman anwsered- but i could hear him in the backround. she was just as rude and hung up on me too! i couldnt beleive it, especially since i wasnt being rude and i was the customer. i immediatley called my bank and cancelled my cc since they wouldnt cancel me and give me my money back guarunteed and were sending me dvds that i didnt purchase either. it made me nervous knowing these people had my info and i couldnt even get them to stay on the phone. something is very fishy here and i would advise anyone who considers doing any kind of business with them- not to!! all this trouble for something i am seeing doesnt work- by reading others comments. they are theives and con artist. rude and untrustworthy liars. i am still in shock.

Beware if someone calls to ask you if you would like to try their product free...And will even pay you for every pound you lose.

I received a call from my credit card company to state that there was some suspicious activity going on with my credit card. It took some time but finally was able to figure out what the charge was for. I told the credit card company that I would call to cancel the account because I had not received anything from them and did not understand why I was being charged (besides this was to be a free trail and that they would pay me for every pound I lost). I was able to get the number from the credit card company to call and cancel. When I called about the Extreme HCA I informed them that I had not received any product yet and I would be returning product once I was able to grt to the post office.

I picked up my first bottle of Xtreme HCA and Super Cleanse from the post office around the 19th or 21st of June. I called to get the RMA number to have this order canceled on the 26th of June...I told them that I had used only two days of this product and found no difference in appetite or bowel movement. I was told that they would not accept because it was past the 15 days. I tried to explain that I had just received the product, but they would not listen. I told them that I would call my credit card company and have this disputed and would mail back the product.

When I called my credit card company to tell them about the problem I was having, I find out not only was I charged on the 6th of June but they had charged my credit card again on the 21st of June for another $89.90. Now two charges have been made on my credit card for only one order received and that order should have been free.

After several phone calls back and forth I had my credit card company call them with me on the other line...After a very frustrating conversation I agreed that I would pay for the first shipment only (which I'll keep) but would return the second shipment once it came in.

I'll make sure it goes back UNOPEN with the RMA number on the outside of the envelope and witness by the postmaster! I can only pray it comes before the 15 days are up (they go by the day they say they shipped it)....I haven't even received a noticed that they even shipped more...

Talk about a scam…I’m sure Superior Distribution/AZC relys on the elderly and the people who desperately want to lose the weight for many of their health reasons…Give people enough greif they will pay just to get them out of your hair.

Well…This is one overweight elderly that won’t take their fraudulent scam lying down…I will be contacting the Better Business Beau and any lawyer who would love to take on companies like this one.

They said they called me to sell me a diet product. They said I agreed to a trial offer and they sent it out right after they talked to me Nov 19, 2013. I never received the trial offer. They said it was up to me to contact them if I didn't receive it. I did not initialize the contact in the first place, they called me. I totally forgot about the product all together. Then the charge showed up on my visa bill, but for much more than a free trial cost. Then the next day I got the shipment, it felt like 3 bottles in the envelope, so I called them. They said I had to cancel automatic shipments within the 14 free day trial. I said how could I, I never got the free trial, so I didn't know it had begun. She said I could be lying, so told me not to bother sending the product back because they wouldn't refund the money. I asked why, she got rude and said that's the way it was, and hung up. ..... I called back twice more and was hung up on both times. The reps tell each other to just hang up I guess. She said she was a supervisor too. I worked in customer service many years and if I hung up on a customer, I would have been fired! I'm not giving up, I'm going thru my bank to get this resolved. I will never order anything on the phone again, because its a he said she said scenario. I have learned my lesson.

Ordered a product and was told I would receive $5 for each pound lost as a promotional opportunity for the company. Told them I was not interested in the CD's but received them and was charged for them anyway. Called to get a refund and was told I would receive a refund as well as receive a free jar of cream. lI asked how to return the CD's and was told I did not have to return them. The refund for the CD's was never received. When I called to discuss and was hung up on by Joe and Laurel - 6 times. This will not end here.

I received a call from a lady trying to sell this garcenia cambogia, she said that they were running a special on this liquid weight loss. buy one get two at half price. I ordered them and after almost using the first bottle I returned because it did not curb my appetite. I was told that I could return, Well I returned and heard nothing now I go to the mail today to find 2 CD's from the same company billed in the amount of $22.90. When I called the girl was so rude she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Susan who said that I cannot return anything but if I complain they will give me back $10.00, they have my credit card info so they feel free to bill me what they want. I am going to the attorney generals office. THIS IS A BIG RIP OFF. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY......

This company is a total rip-off. I was told that I could get a full refund within 30 days. I used it once, it was gross, called the company to get a returned merchandise Authorization number as it stated on my packing slip, I called and stated the problem, I spoke with a lady named Laurel who said she was a supervisor, and that I wasn't getting a refund, she hung up on me. I called her back, she hung up on me again, I called another number, got another csr and she hung up on me. I know the law and if you encounter this same problem, whether it was last year or whenever, if you are reading this rip-off report, then you were ripped off. Call the State Attorney Generals office and the better business bureau in Arizona to get a complaint form. If the State Attorney General gets enough complaints, maybe something can be done, I am thinking about starting a class action lawsuit. I only need 30 people to make up a class for the lawsuit. Call the attorney general in Arizona and request a complaint form, they investigate every complaint. The attorney general is Tom Horne, here is the phone number. (602) 542-5052. if you are interested in joining the possible class action lawsuit, please send an email to me at [email protected]

I was called and offered a 90 day supply of garcinia for 69.99 with a 30 day money back garuantee. then they offered me a cleanser product for 19.99 so the total was about 99.699. I never received it in the time they said so I decided I didn't want it and called the company number and they hung up on me the first time. The second time they told me I could only get back 25.00. What can I do?

I received a phone call from a very nice lady asking if I would like to try pure green garcinia. In our conversation she informed me I can cancel within 15 days of ordering. I called on the 15th day to cancel cause the product is not working for me. The guy who answered "JOE" was very rude. When I informed him I wanted to cancel he said I can not cancel till I receive my next 2 shipments. I explain to him what I was informed and that I do not want to continue with product. He said that was not how it works and when I started talking again he hung up on me. I called back several times to see if I could talk with someone else and he would just keep hanging up one. I was so upset and frustrated. I will never order anything this way again. I am having my bank file a claim for the charges I did not agree with. I hope everyone sees this and never orders with this company over the phone or internet. Bad bad people.

Ripoff Company

I am a 66 year old on Social Security, and I was also scammed by this company. Exactly as the others said above, I was offered a weight loss product (Pure Green Garcinia) for shipping only ($9.95), and an offer of $5 a pound lost, up to 25 pounds, in 3 months. I was told all I needed to do was get my starting and ending weights verified. Then I got an email with a whole different story. I was also told that if the product didn't work, I could get a full refund, BUT I had to order a 3 month supply. They took $99.90 out of my account. I used the product for 3 weeks and nothing happened. I called to get a Return Merchandise Authorization #, required for a full refund, but was hung up on repeatedly, treated rudely, until I got a young man who did refund $40 back into my account, but this is NOT acceptable. The fact that he offered first $25, and then $40, back into my account tells me they KNOW they're WRONG! I want ALL of my money back! This is a scam, a con job, a rip off and I will NOT quit until I receive ALL of my money back! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
