Very Rude Obnoxious Scam Company

Look out for the satellite companies this company has that will bill your credit card for phantom purchases. Thank goodness for my VISA card company who is processing two disputes for me against them. My VISA people say that this company gets lots of complaints and I can be assured that I will get refunded. This company first charged me $9.95 for an exercise CD they said I received, then about 15 days later charged me $22.90 for an exercise dvd they said they sent me. I have not received either of these products and when I called to find out what the charges were, after I was told what was sent out, they said that's too bad and they hung up on me. I've never encountered a company that was so rude from the main company on down to the two satellite operations they have. The main product doesn't work either which is drops that are put under the tongue with a dropper. I will chalk this up to a bad life experience and never ever give an order over the phone to a salesperson again for any product. A good product should always be well-researched on the web first then ordered by website if it has good reviews. That was my mistake, believing an old man that called me with his so-called personal experience. He lied a lot...shame on him!

i had the same exact experience. I am disputing with my visa company. This scam company hung up on me three times as well. They need to be stopped.

They did the same thing to me! I am very upset and think something should be done! Call the State Attorney Generals office in Arizona to get a complaint form. If the State Attorney General gets enough complaints, maybe something can be done, I am thinking about starting a class action lawsuit. I only need 30 people to make up a class for the lawsuit. This company contacted us on 12/10/2013 and they informed us of a free product as long as we paid the shipping.... we paid 9.95 for the shipping and handling of the product.........After two weeks this company went ahead and placed an unauthorized order and billed me $99.90.......I called them and they claimed that the order was placed on a automatic cycle..........This company never disclosed that we will be billed automatically for product we didn't ask for.....This company also doesn't accept returns on any of there products.......the billing dept is handled by a third party........this company is a big scam and i would love to be part of a class action lawsuit against them.....this company is not operating as a legitament business...It seems to take advantage of the free world and it needs to be stopped........

I was called and asked to do a trial for 7.95. Then I noticed that 98.00 was taken out of my bank account so I called and told them that I didn't authorize the money to be taken out and I wanted my money back. They told me no refund and product is not returnable but on the packing slip it says products must be shipped by customer. I didn't even open the first bottle and now I have 3 that are all unopened they refuse to give me back my money and that has caused me not to be able to pay a bill this month. For anybody reading this DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A BIG RIPOFF! Every time I call they hang up on me or block my call. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people. They are nothing but crooks!

I received a call from this company offering me a free trial of their pure green garcinia if I would pay $8 in shipping. I was curious so I agreed. They also sent me DVD's. I specifically asked if I needed to cancel the subscription and was told that wasn't necessary. About three weeks later I received two more bottles at $97.90. I call to return the product and was told that it was a three for the price of one deal. The woman was very rude and hung up on me. I hate companies like this! I didn't even like the product. It upset my stomach.

I ordered Pure Green Garcina over the phone and was told to try it for 14 days and if I didn't like it I could cance within those 14 days. That is what I did. After receiving the product, I called to cancel within 7 days. They shipped the product anyway and I refused it. They charged it on my credit card and I disputed it. I didn't expect to get anymore. After 2 months I noticed there was another charge on my bill. I haven't received the product yet, but I went ahead and disputed that charge. I called them and they said I had not cancelled and proceeded to cancel 7/1/14 and told me I had to pay for this charge also. I tried to talk to them but they hung up on me 3 times. They are very rude.

Like all of you I ordered a 15 day trial they SaiD all I had to pay was the 10 dollars for free shipping. I was ok with that. Once I got my bottle I tried it out for a few days.. didn't work, called back and a woman named shena answered. . The same b* who sold me the bottle.. said I couldn't canceled until I received the next shipment only then could I get a refund! Let me just say I'm 23 yeas old I've worked retail since I was 17 I hate rude customers I hate being yelled at..but damn this mind blew me.. this is not what she told me when she sold this crap to me. She now claimed it was a 30 day trial. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor once I said that... guess what??!!! Like all of you, the snake hung up on me.. i kept calling back and I guess they have caller ID and ignored my calls they only picked up when I used star67 on there a*s. Once I called she answered again. Was no help hung up on me.. i called again and this guy answered told me I couldn't get a refund.. i was charged 99 bucks for 2 more bottles.. he said I could only exchange them if they were the wrong ones.. again where the heck is this all explained at??!!! Even the packing gives a phone number for refunds!! I said not to send me more crap and I think I'll just take the damn hit for 100 bucks that overdraft my account as a lesson. . Yes I'm upset that a got screwed over but it's my fault as well for being a dumb a*s. The guy did send me an email saying I canceled. . If they charge me one more time.. i will drive down to az and deal with this my way.
