When I learned about XTRHCA-OR1 Xtreme HCA and that it was endorsed by Dr. OZ I placed an order for a free bottle. When I received the bottle I was afraid to use it because of my medical conditions. I called to cancel within the cancellation days. The person I spoke with told me that I was to late to cancel--she said that I had to cancel from the day it was shipped. I asked her how would I know when it was shipped and she told me she didn't know. I was told when I ordered the free supply that the cancellation dates started when I received the product. i told the person on the phone my concerns about taking this with my Illnesses and Medication. I also said that my finances are limited and that I was living on Social Security. She said that she could not talk to me any more that she has others to speak to. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and she said it was her and her words to me were--"I don;t want to talk to you" and she hung up. I tried another time and the same behavior occurred.
I did find out about the company name of Superior Distributors/AZC and I found the company on the ripoff report. I think ripping off people for ones own gain is a horrible thing to do. I always taught my children to treat people like you would want to be treated and that Karma does go around. I had to pay for another shipment before that manager I spoke to would let me cancel. It took a great strain on my limited budget.
I will pray the Mr. Lakes gets a conscious and turns things around. I do believe that we all will meet our maker and be accountable.
