Paid for their services end of 2013 for my laptop.Everything seemed ok.yesterday 04/2014 the called wanting to refund me saying their doors are closing.remote my computer and changed my microsoft password,tried to refund through westeren union,didnt work.Wanted to do it through my paypal.Said paypal wont let them deposit less then $2.000 and wanted to deposit that and be refunded $1,700 from my bank.Claimed they owed me $330,00 when I had paid them $29.99.while they were on my computer something strange happened.A window opened up and then another smaller one in that one and it kept happening till about 10 or so windows opened all smaller then the next inside each other then all closed at once.T feel they did something to it.I called my bank asap and closed the account and opened another but now I need my computer checked for hacker ware.Changed all my passwords.They said they were out of india through microsoft.Wont answer any calls from the numbers on their web site and the number that showed up on my phone they called me from,tried to call it back and it said the number was invalid
