On Sept. 29, 2014 I called out what used to be SUREWAY (for Sears) warranty service for my Wash Machine. 3 times the contracted service company California Repair failed to show up. I asked for a different Company to come out. They sent someone Oct. 10th, 2 weeks later from GGSL who said it was my Transmission and the company would request a new one or they would cut me a check for old Machine. It is now 3 weeks since the tech came out and I haven't had one call. I have called the Warranty Co. who keeps giving me conflicting answers and I call the Tech Company daily who never answers their phone. Everyone is leaving them messages but they never get back with us. This one is GGSL Company in the L.A. County area. The one's who didn't show up is California Repair also in L.A.C.
