Judge Jen Rogers Wilkes Barre Luzerne County has ordered 3 Psychologists for me to meet with to discuss my ongoing custody case now approaching 7 years. Judge Rodgers has received 2 letters from both Psychologist stating I should have immediate contact w my son for there is not a piece of evidence ever filed in 7 years why I cannot get my vistation back with my son.
The judge is fully aware (documents from prior courts ) that my son's mother removed my son out of Nj and moved to PA without my consent. It took me 1 1/2 years to locate him.
I have been fighting in Luzerne Cty for almost 7 yrs on 3 occassions Judge Jen Rogers has ordered ME to a psychologist?? The 1st ordered Psychologist was not interested in taking on my case possibly because it made no sense what so ever that I should be in counseling.
Luzerne is currupt along with the attys. I cannot find any atty referred to me out of that county that will even take my case. It is well known the Judges and the Master of Custody Sharon Bitzel and attys are all currupt.
