My boyfriend and I attempted to order tablecloths from this company. Both of us would set up accounts, put items in our shopping cart and attempt to check out. Then the website would say that we had nothing in our cart. Unfortunately, my boyfriend placed his credit card # in, during one of the transactions. We still never got any confirmation that an order was placed, or anything. It just kept saying nothing is in your cart, or you need to set up an account.
We probably tried for an hour to make this work. We then gave up.
We went to Amazon and ordered the tablecloths we needed. Which received.
Low and behold, double our order showed up!
There is no phone number for customer service, only live chat. A "Rep" told us he would refund one of the re-stocking fees, none of the shipping or return shipping, even though we didn't need either order. This, after we explained the difficulty we had incurred with their horrible website. it cost me $15.00 to send back one of the orders. It was not worth it. I'm sure that they have done this to others.
