I simply asked for my NON-used account to be DELETED. After doing so for 3 YEARS, 7 TIMES (I think I was patient with only 7 times in 3 years), I asked for my EMAIL address I used to set it up (I would know the password) and they did NOT provide it. I asked them to DELETE the obviously UNused account & group (only 3 people in it and NEVER any interaction) - again - NOPE.
I set it up and therefore I should have a RIGHT to have it deleted.
