Tammy Sue Lam sold me two tickets which were never received to the Duke vs. UNC game for February 18, 2015 and used Chase Quick Pay to receive funds directly from my checking account. She or He never called to resolve this dispute and continued to say the tickets were coming and FedEx would forward a tracking number. Nothing received. I am filing a report with the local Sheriff and presenting it to my bank to see if they will work with Chase and get my money returned.
