Tapjoy requires you to watch videos/download apps/fill out surveys/request auto/life insurance quotes or make purchase from select companies. Tapjoy may be a viable solution for advertising, but it is a major source of frustration for consumers.
I have found it is very common to not get paid for in-game rewards from Tapjoy even after submitting reports for assistance. They are good about answering support request, but their emails are asking for information that has already been sent or the requirements are changed. I have told them to keep it. Not worth the hassle.
Almost none of the download and run apps will payout. Have not had success with any of the insurance quote offers working. The survey offers never pay out after filling out several pages. I have spent much time filling out forms to no avail.

There are also offers that are not supposed to require any payment, but after inspecting offer it either requires payment or Tapjoy states reward will be revoked if trial membership is canceled.

I have tried complaining to them but I get an automatic response instead of customer service. not sure what else to do but I deserve the rewards. this site makes my phone lag and ive had to restart itnplenty of times but I love my game. it shouldnt be so complicated to do all this.
I play brightwood adventures on a daily and to even play the game you have to have axes. But theyre very hard to get, youve got to do surveys and download stuff through tapjoy just to get them.
Ive constantly had to contact them just to get my reward for doing the surveys or apps (rewards being axes.) Ive had to do this over 20 times, and theres been half of those times that i didnt even receive my axes.
Im tired of having to go through all this trouble to get the resources I need, and in the process having my phone lag, ju a*s t to get ripped off of my reward that I was indeed suppose to get. Its been nothing but a total rip off everytime I do this.

This company is a total scam. They offer gold through Deer Hunter 2014. The tell you to go take a survey (Nike, Burger King) for example, you go through the process, then they don't give you the game gold that they advertise. In the mean time, they have your email, they spam you like crazy after they got what the want. Worse yet, when you bring it to their attention through the interface, which I took a considerable amount of my time and it, they autorespond and totally blow it off. That is so stunningly insulting and disrespectful. Avoid at all cost.
