Do not let them talk you into sending out a toner cartridge for your copier. When it arrives, the invoice is for twice as much as you were quoted. When you return the product, they will call and tell you they never received your return and that you owe, no matter what!! they are dishonest and rude. Their customer service is terrible, especially a guy named mike
