If there was a review with no star that would be the most suitable. I ordered a dress, they sent me the wrong color, I did whatever the policy said, took pictures sent to them and explained. In return I got a belated answer after a week saying that it's ok to keep it because the colors are similar to what I ordered and they hope I understand (!!). Of course no refunds or anything like that. This is not a company it's kindergarten and that girl Joanna who wrote the emails so unprofessional! I can't believe they call that customer service. Save yourselves the aggravation and stay away! They are a scam and a joke!
never again! Plus the quality is horrible, so cheap and low. All the reviews you see come from them and are terrible lies. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Purchased a dress online with this company. I chose my size from the drop down box provided on the sight. The dress arrived and does not fit. The company will not even consider a refund unless I prove to them they did something wrong. They even asked me to take pictures of myself with a tape measure around my bust, waist and hips showing my measurements. I copy and paste their refund policy on their web sight where it states, "If for any reason you are unhappy" they would refund.
They keep sending emails asking for pictures of measuresments of the dress, it doesn't matter the measurements, I bought it, it doesn't fit and their return policy states I can do that.
They give you 15 days and I believe they keep sending the emails and not helping me until the 15 days pass and then I can't do anything.
Very shady company, they need to be held accountable for what they are asking people to do. Taking pictures of myself and send it to them?????Just not right!
I will never do business with tbdress.com again. I ordered some shoes, expecting to recieve the size and exact color i ordered. I recieved something totally differnt. I requested for a refund. Which became an issue and finally when they told me they would give me full refund; they are not giving me a prepaid shipping label. its gonna cost more money to ship back then the shoes actually is worth.
Im very displeased with this company. Please stay away. Scam scam scam !
