Ripped off by Team Lear

I was contacted in July by Team Lear. They offered me 3 REO properties in the Eugene, OR area. I paid my $449.000,did 3 BPO's and haven't heard from them since. The phone number I have does not connect. I will be filing a fraud complaint. Wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up.

thanks for info

Second time I have been contacted by them...did not sign up. So essentially you paid them $150 a piece to do a un-needed BPO

Last year I was contacted by the same group of people calling themselves IREO Pro.. They promised REO Listings, gave me 3 BPO assignements and nothing ever transpired. the phone numbers were disconnected.

Today I recieved a call promising me a BPO on a foreclosure in 40-60 days, charging me another $449.00 on my AMEX. I suspected this was a scam. I went over to the home and it was a fully occupied home, socks shoes, furnished. A Million dollar plus home in Clearwater Beach.

Of course I called and cancelled my account and called my credit card company to report the fraud. From my research, this is the same group that got away with charging me $400+ dollars last year. After 60 days it was to late to dispute the charges and I was sucked in. Do not give these people your credit card.

Team Lear!

Thank you for the FYI...Just contacted by Lear. Went through the same thing with IREO pro last year.

They appeal to everyone's greed and off we go and sign-up. Not this time! Your heads up is appreciated!

SCAM

I've paid $449 and haven't heard anything. Called and was told my contact is longer with the company. Got another girl, Nicole Murphy and was asked for another $449 and when I asked why, when I already paid $449, she said the last $449 was for the last 3 BPOs that I was given. I was given another BPO and now I just noticed it listed with someone else. DON'T ANYONE ELSE FALL FOR THIS BS!!!

Team Lear - Don't fall for their offer

Legitimate asset managers don't call you and ask you for a deposit to sign up. Asset managers call you on properties that have already been foreclosed on and not on pre-foreclosure properties. This is a SCAM!

Paid $449. To start service to receive reo listings on july 6. Since then, no listings and no correspondence from company other than a note to say they received my complaints. Their website has a security warning and is not accessable. Phone number is a google phone number. No one answers.

This is one of those reo companies promising many more llistings after you do a bpo just down the street from y office..Sounded too easy to be true so i should have know. He also stated they have no realtors servving the area and the listing inventory will soon be huge and you as the exclusive agent will get these listings..At 7% commission wich they take 1 % at the closing.. But they want $449 upfront and will be reimbursed at closing.

I read the complaint of the person from georgia who got no such listing after 3 bpo's.

Do not pay them any money. they disappear after you do. Not right away but a few weeks later to make sure you can't contest it with your bank. How are these guys in business?
