I believe there may be fraud associated with Team Resources. I invested in the Grand Summit Fund a few years back. All eight wells were apparently dry wells. I have received no money for the $68K I originally invested. I recently was contacted by Cordell and Associates. They are a law firm that is supposedly involved with a class action lawsuit against Team Resources. I believe this is fraud as well. They are asking for $6,800 retainer and a liability release of Team Resources.
I would like to organize with other investors that feel they may have been victims of fraud.

The person on the phone claimed that there was a class action lawsuit against Team Resources and that there had been a settlement between Team Resources and the court. I would receive 50% of my investment back if I signed an agreement and sent the law firm my bank account information to wire them $5000 as retainer fee. I searched and found that other investors of Team Resources have been approached by the same scam under the name Cordell & Associates with the same address in Florida. It stung enough the first time I lost my investment with Team Resources. How do these scum have the investors list from Team Resources investments?
