I worked for Teamwork Online over a year ago and wanted to report a scam that Teamwork Online and owner Buffy Filippell are using. Customers to the site have the option to purchase a $30 profile upgrade so they can get benefits that other job applicants don't have. Some of these benefits include a newsletter with helpful tips as well as the ability to see when employers view your application or job profile. While working at Teamwork I was asked to go through each persons job application and "review" it as if I was an employer. This consisted of me scrolling through names and job applications and clicking on a review button. I would have a a certain number of them I would have to do each day (sometimes hundreds). I found this very unethical because these paying customers don't know that their job applications are actually not being viewed at all by the employers. To me this is a scam because the only reason you would upgrade your profile is to get the benefit of knowing when you're profile is looked at. My recommendatin is to not renew your MVP Access or to not purchase it at all. The best option is to use the free profile because it's pretty much the same thing. Also if the BBB ever checks this website, I would recommended that you do some research into this as soon as possible.
