Last year 2013,I looked on the internet for Apple Suport last year because I had a problem with receiving too many e-mails from foriegn locations. I found a site that advertised Apple Support and called Tech Saviours . I aked them how I could stop receiving those foriegn e-mails. They said they needed to take ove my computer to go in and see what is happening. I allowed this and then they told me after a few minutes that my computer had been compromised.

The guy said he couldd fix this but frist I had to pay for services then they gave me a song and dance about the price of services $400.00 dollars for a year and $800.00 for lifetime service. They took over my p/c and begn clicking at different things then they sent me a form to pay for services. I chose the lifetime with reluctance. I felt very skeptical from the start but felt I should at least give them a chance. They all spoke like they were from India and I just dont trust them. (Prejudicial a bt, but that's how I feel)

Anyway they sent this form on line and they asked me to fill in my info and credit card info and then asked if I had a pay pal account . I told them yes and they had me put my info in so they could collect the money. the minute i put my info in the guy immediately clicked to complete sale I told him to please let me do my owe=wn clicking and he just ket on completeing the sale at my protest. I told him I did not want him to do anything without explaining to me exactly what and why he was doing it. HE said yes but kept on taking control of my p/c. After the things had been fixed, he said , he Signed off Chat.

I felt uneasy about the transaction and called APPLE to see if they were affiliated with TEch Saviours and they said they were not. I then called Tech Saviours back and told them I felt ripped off and told them they were in no way associated with Apple as they had advertised. and I felt they had falseified there services. I denmanded my money bak and after some hollering on my part they returned $400.00 dollars back to my paypal account. They said they were charging me the 400. for their services and that would take care of a years services. I said okay and we hung up. I was still upset and felt I should have had all the money returned.

Fast forward to Saturday , March 29th 2014 10:00 a.m. I receved a call from Tech Saviours (a Harris Anderson doubt it's a real name) saying they had to return my $400.00 dollars to me because they had lost their liscense to do buisness with the US. He said in order for me to get my money I had to be on my computer so he could get my credit info to send me my money. I told him to wait that i had to go to the cpmputer. Once there he told me to go to teamviewer.com then that gae him controls of my p/c agsin. I was very upset over this since I remembered what they did from before but since they had returned my money previously I had some trust he would do as he said.

He began taking over control and sent me a Western Union form to fill out and ehn I asked why he said it was so he could send me the money . HE began filling out the form and when it came to the credit info he asked me to put my info in , saying he could not see my number and showed me what he would see which was a bunch of ******* saying this was all he could see whne I enterd my credit card info. Then once I put that all in well things changed rather quickly. (OH as he was filing out info I felt skeptical and began taking screen shots of everything he did.) HE then put in an amount of $275.00 and I asked where thee 400.00 dollars was he siad jsut wait you will get your money back just hold on a couple of minutes we need to finish. then I noticed a payee as Fred MIller.

I then asked who the hell that was and he said that as who I had paid my money to. I quickly took a screen shot of that. and he submitted the info. RIght away I received an e-mail alert from my bank saying 275.00 was charged to my account. I told Harris? that I wanted that money back inot my account and he quickly trashed the Bank alert. I saw what he was doing and I told him I would scream bloody murder if i didn't see that money back into my account. HE said WU would call to verify the transaction . I told him I don't think that's what they do. HE said he would call me back .Well he then pretended he could not hear me and said are you still there, hello, hello. I said i was still here but he hung up on me.

I then knew I had been scammed and quickly trashed the team viewer and turned off my computer. Before I did this I could still see he was trying to delete all the evidence of e-mails sent from Western union and my bank .Then I immediatlety called my bank and told them That the money was fraudenlty taken form my account and to please cancelmy card. Then I called Western Union Fraud department and told them what had happened and that I had not set upthe account and to please cancel the account and not to pay on the transaction. I had the MTCN number and she was grateful for that. They sent me e-mails saying all had been cancelled on Sunday.

No more than 5 minutes of receiving that I received another e-mail from Western Union asking me to verify my e-mail and to use the pin on the e-mail . I immediately sent it to the fraud division and called them and the person I spoke with said a software compnay was trying to begin another account . I told her they should stop doing business with tech saviours ans they were defrauding hundreds of peopl thus way. I did not respond to the e-mail. I have all my documentation of screen shots to prove my case. NEVER CALL TECH SAVIOURS for any thing. I want to see them taken off the internet for good.

Tech Saviours

tech saviours is a complete scam. They will work well for you for sometime, then say that some work they have done on your pc is not working. They will tell you they need to return the $$ you paid for this, accidentally return some amount, way over what you paid, say you paid $300; they will return $3000 and give you instructions on how to return the "overpayment" to them, WHICH THEY HAVE CHARGED YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR AND THEN DEPOSITED THAT $$ INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. Fortunately I went to my bank to ask about this and they caught the fraud immediately. PLEASE, do not get involved with an internet computer company called

tech Saviours - it is a clever and COMPLETE SCAM. Diann, Delta, CO
