So I have known Arty for a good 4 years and I watched him build his little online scam business from the ground up, basically the guy gets shipments from China for $1 or $2 and marks them with fake stamping to market them as brand names, selling them on Kijiji to individuals for ten times the amount! His parts break, never work and he has an amazing customer policy, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS and he will block you from all aspects of media when you try to lodge a complaint to him. The guy is a complete rip off, do yourselves a favor, if you want bike parts go spend the extra cash and buy something brand name, don't waste your time trying to save money because you will end up with a guy like Arty Nelyubov from www.techparts.ca ripping you off! Steer far and clear of www.techparts.ca and Arty Nelyubov!
